STRAWBERRY WEDGES 
1 c. strawberry lowfat yogurt
1/2 c. cold water
2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. frozen strawberries
1 honeydew melon, cut in half, seeded

In small saucepan, bring water to a boil, remove from heat; dissolve gelatin in water. Add yogurt; mix well. Stir in strawberries. Chill, stirring occasionally, until thickened but not set. Beat with electric mixer on low speed. Spoon mixture into melon halves. Cover and chill 3 hours or until firm. To serve, cut each melon half into 4 wedges.
