SALTED NUT ROLL CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/3 c. melted butter
1 beaten egg
3 c. mini marshmallows
2 c. Rice Krispies
2 c. peanuts
1/4 c. butter
1 c. butterscotch chips
2/3 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. peanut butter

Melt butter, butterscotch chips, corn syrup, and peanut butter. Mix cake mix, egg and butter until it is coarse crumbs. Press with spoon into bottom of 9x13 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes.

Add enough marshmallows to cover the top of cake and return to oven for 1-2 minutes until marshmallows are puffy. Add Rice Krispies and peanuts to melted mixture and then pour evenly over marshmallows.
