ROSETTES 
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. cake flour
1 tbsp. sugar
Pinch of salt
Powdered sugar

Beat eggs and add milk, flour, sugar, salt. Heat Rosette iron in heated grease. Dip iron only halfway in grease. Dip next in dough only halfway. Put in grease, let cook until light brown. Place on wax paper. When done sprinkle with powdered sugar.
