CHICKEN AND BISCUITS 
6 chicken cutlets
1 large potato
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 chopped onion
sliced mushrooms
chicken base
Cajun seasoning
garlic seasoning
flour
Pillsbury Grands Butter Tastin' big biscuits

Put a quart of water in a large saucepan; add 2 tablespoons of chicken base, cubed potato, onion, mushrooms, chicken cutlets, Cajun and garlic seasoning. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Remove chicken and cut into 1-inch cubes. Return to saucepan and add the frozen vegetables; bring to a boil.

Bake biscuits according to package directions. Mix a tablespoon of flour with 1 ounce of water; use this mixture to thicken the broth in saucepan. Split the biscuits and ladle over the chicken stew over them.
