1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter

Mix egg and sugar until smooth; add vanilla and peanut butter; mix until smooth. Drop by spoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet; press crisscrosses on tops with floured fork. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees until puffed and lightly browned.
