MIXED VEGETABLE HOTDISH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 sm. bag chow mein noodles

Brown beef. Drain. Mix ingredients, saving half of the chow mein noodles. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until vegetables are tender. Serve on top of the remaining noodles.
