MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. Birdseye mixed vegetables, thawed & drained, not cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. sour cream
1/2 sm. can Durkee fried onion rings
1/2 c. Swiss cheese
Pepper to taste

Mix all together, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Add another 1/2 cup Swiss cheese and bake 5 minutes more, uncovered.
