APPLELY APPLE PIE (Sugar Free) 
6 apples, peeled & sliced
6 oz. can frozen apple juice concentrate (without sugar added, Tree Top Brand)
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
Dash of salt
1 tsp. cinnamon or apple pie spice
Double pie crust (not deep dish)

Dissolve cornstarch in apple juice concentrate (undiluted). Combine with salt and spice. Simmer until thick (in microwave 1 1/2 minutes on high). Pour over apples in bottom unbaked pie shell. Add top of crust, crimp edges of 2 crust and place on baking sheet (will cook over). Sprinkle a tiny amount of cinnamon over top crust.

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Slice pie into 8 slices after cooled. 1/8 of pie equals 1 serving. 1/8 of pie equals approximately 185 calories. 1/8 of pie equals - fruit exchange, 1 bread exchange and 1 fat exchange.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
