ITALIAN GREEN SAUCE FOR
SPAGHETTI
 
2 c. fresh basil leaves, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. peanuts
1 c. olive oil

Place basil, garlic and nuts in a bowl. Mash until paste is formed. Add oil gradually, beating constantly with a fork. Mix well with hot spaghetti or noodles. Enough sauce for 1 pound of pasta.
