CAPPUCCINO 
1/2 c. whipping cream
3 tbsp. instant espresso
2 c. boiling water
Ground cinnamon
Ground nutmeg
Grated orange peel

Whip cream. Dissolve espresso in boiling water. Pour coffee into small cups, filling cup only half full. Add a large spoonful of whipped cream to each cup. Top each with cinnamon, nutmeg, and orange peel. Gently stir cream into coffee until melted. Makes 6 or 7 servings.
