BROCCOLI DIP 
1 (4 oz.) drained, chopped mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 ribs celery
1/4 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz with jalapeno
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
Dash Tabasco, Worcestershire & red pepper

Saute mushrooms, onion, celery in butter. Melt cheese over low flame. Serve with chips or crackers.
