YORKSHIRE PUDDING 
2 c. milk
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Beef drippings

Put enough hot beef drippings to cover 10" skillet. Mix eggs and milk together. Add flour and salt and mix well. Pour mixture in skillet with beef drippings. Put in hot oven, 425 degrees, for 30 to 35 minutes, until golden brown. When done, put on a large plate and slice like a pie. Put gravy on pudding, if you wish. Serve with roast beef and gravy.
