BROCCOLI, RICE AND CHICKEN
CASSEROLE
 
2 c. cooked rice
3 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
1 whole chicken, cooked, boned, cut in pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can milk
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery

Saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Add soups and milk. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Layer in baking dish the rice, chicken pieces and the broccoli. Pour soup mixture over all. Cover and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
