CHICKEN LIVERS WITH BACON 
1 carton chicken liver
1/2 lb. bacon (approximately)
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. flour

Rinse livers and remove any excess fat. Place flour on plate and dredge livers. Cut bacon slices in half and wrap each liver with half of bacon. Place lap side down in frying pan. Salt and pepper to taste. Fry on medium heat turning until bacon is done.
