LEMON CHICKEN SCALLOPS 
1 1/2 deboned chickens
Onion salt
Garlic salt
Salt
Pepper
1/4 stick butter
1-2 lemons

Cut chicken (no skin) into bite size chunks. Place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle onion, garlic, salt and pepper on chicken. Squeeze lemon on each piece. Cut up butter into small squares and place 1 piece on top of each chicken bite.

Put in broiler and cook until chicken is white and butter is starting to turn brown (about 15 minutes). Do not turn over. Serves 4.
