RED SAUCE CHICKEN | |
1 c. finely chopped onion 1/3 c. Wesson oil 1 1/2 c. ketchup 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. lemon juice 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. oregano (use at end of cooking time) 6 chicken breasts Mix first 6 ingredients together, pour over chicken in casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees uncovered for 30 minutes. Baste and cook 30 minutes more with oregano sprinkled over the chicken. |
