FROZEN STRAWBERRY DESSERT 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. broken pecans

Mix these ingredients and place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, stir every 5 minutes.

In large bowl mix 10 ounce package frozen strawberries, thawed, 2 egg whites, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and 2/3 cup sugar. Start on low speed, increasing gradually and beat 20 minutes until mixture forms high peaks.

Fold in 1 cup whipping cream or Rich Whip. Put on crust and freeze. Sprinkle crust crumbs over top. Serve with a dash of whipping cream and whole strawberry.
