SHRIMP - CRAB MOLD 
24 oz. cooked shrimp or crab
3/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. undiluted tomato soup
1 env. gelatin
8 oz. Philadelphia cheese

Heat soup to boil. Gradually add gelatin. Add cream cheese, stir until creamy. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Pour into mold and chill.
