CRAB MOLD 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
3 tbsp. cold water
6 oz. cream cheese
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 can crab meat, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
Red pepper to taste

Heat soup with cream cheese until cheese melts. Soften gelatin in cold water and add to soup mixture. Cool slightly and add remaining ingredients. Pour into mold and chill overnight and pour into a bowl.
