SHRIMP (CRAB) MOLD | |
1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin dissolved in 3 tbsp. water 1 can (6 oz.) baby shrimp, drained (or crab) 1 c. finely chopped celery 2 green onions, sliced 1 c. mayonnaise Heat soup, add dissolved gelatin. Mix in softened cream cheese. Beat with mixer until smooth. After cooled, add shrimp, celery, onions and mayonnaise. Mold. Serve with Ritz, Triscuits, Wheat Thins, Waverly Wafers, etc. |
