VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 can whole green beans, drained
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can water chestnuts, sliced and chopped
1 onion, finely chopped and sauteed in butter
1 c. grated cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1 carton sour cream
1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Layer green beans, corn, water chestnuts, onion, and cheese in a casserole dish in the order listed. Mix the sour cream and celery soup together and then place on top of vegetables. Mix the melted butter and cracker crumbs over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
