QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 Mrs. Smith's frozen pie shell

Sprinkle cheese and bacon on bottom of frozen pie shell. Combine remaining ingredients, beat slightly. Pour batter over top.

Bake for 45 minutes in 375°F oven.
