EASY QUICHE LORRAINE | |
2 deep dish pie shells, frozen 1 can real bacon bits 3/4 c. green onions 5 eggs, beaten 4 tbsp. flour 1 1/2 tsp. onion salt 1 lb. grated Jarlsberg cheese 2 c. half and half milk In large bowl mix all ingredients on low speed of mixer. Divide between pie shells. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. One or both can be frozen, uncooked. thaw before cooking or bake 1/2 hour longer until center is done. |
