EASY QUICHE 
9-inch pie crust
1/2 med. onion, minced, sauteed in butter
4 strips cooked bacon
4 slices Swiss cheese, shredded
1/4 c. diced ham
3 eggs
Heavy cream (can use half & half)

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Brown crust. Add cooked onion, bacon, ham, and cheese to crust. Next, break 3 eggs in a 4 cup measuring cup. Add cream to bring to 1 1/2 cups. Mix well. Pour into pie crust. May sprinkle with paprika for color. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees, then 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and cut. Serves 4-6.

Other fillings may be substituted (e.g. spinach, seafood, sausage, broccoli, etc.).
