3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 35 minutes.
