BEEF CURRY 
1 tbsp. flour
1 1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lb. round, cubed
1/4 c. oil
2 c. sliced onions
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. curry powder
1 beef bouillon cube
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. tomato sauce

Combine flour, salt and pepper; coat meat. 2 tablespoons oil, brown meat. Add rest of oil, onions and garlic; saute. Sprinkle curry. Add cube and water. Simmer covered 1 1/4 hours. Add tomato sauce, reheat. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
