LEMON SEVEN UP SALAD 
12 PORTIONS:

1/2 c. lemon flavored gelatin
3/4 c. hot water
1/2 c. 7-Up
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 med. banana, sliced
1 c. lemon pie filling, prepared
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. whipped topping

24 PORTIONS:

1 c. lemon flavored gelatin
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 c. 7-Up
1 c. pineapple juice
2 med. bananas, sliced
1 pt. lemon pie filling, prepared
1 pt. miniature marshmallows
1 c. whipped topping

1. Dissolve gelatin in hot water.

2. Add 7-Up and pineapple juice to gelatin mixture.

3. Cover and refrigerate until consistency of egg white.

4. Fold into gelatin, whipped topping, lemon pie filling, marshmallows and bananas.

5. Pour into molds or pans, cover and refrigerate. Pan size 8"x8"x2" and 9"x13"x2".
