MEATY MANICOTTI 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 slice bread, diced
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 jar (15 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, diced
1 egg, slightly beaten
8 manicotti, parboiled

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown meat, onion and garlic in skillet. Drain off fat. Stir in salt, oregano, bread, parsley, 1/4 cup sauce and Romano cheese. Cool slightly. Mix in Mozzarella cheese and egg. Fill hot manicotti with stuffing.

Spread 1 cup sauce in bottom of 9x13 dish, arrange manicotti in dish, and pour remaining sauce over manicotti. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
