HONEY MUSTARD SALMON | |
1 (2 lb) salmon fillet 1/4 cup honey mustard 2 tbsp. melted butter 2 tbsp. chopped fresh dill 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. mustard seeds, crushed 1/4 tsp. black pepper Heat oven to 475°F. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Place salmon, skin side down, on baking sheet. In a small bowl, stir together honey mustard, butter, chopped dill, lemon juice, mustard seeds, and pepper. Spread over salmon. Bake salmon 10-12 minutes, or until fish just begins to flake. Heat broiler. Broil fish 3-4-inches away from heat for 1 minutes. Submitted by: Sherry Monfils |
