CABBAGE SALAD 
1 med. cabbage, shredded
1 green pepper, sliced paper thin
2 med. onions, sliced thin
1 med. jar pimentos
1 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
3 c. white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed

Arrange in large container, layer of cabbage, pepper, onions, and pimentos. Do not stir. Mix together remaining ingredients and boil 4 minutes. Pour dressing over vegetables. Cover tightly and refrigerate for 4 hours before serving. Will serve 15 people and will keep several days.
