2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 jar pimento
Chopped green pepper to taste
Chopped green onion to taste

Sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Add hot water and sugar. Stir well. Add vinegar and let cool until thick. Add remaining ingredients and mold.
