Duncan Hines butter cake mix
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 sm. Jello instant vanilla pudding
1 can mandarin oranges (do not drain)
4 eggs

Beat all together. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Use 3 layer pans.

ICING:

1 Cool Whip
1 sm. instant vanilla pudding
1 med. can crushed pineapple

Mix together pudding, pineapple with juice then fold in Cool Whip.
