CHEESE CAKE LOVER'S DELIGHT 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
4 lg. eggs, room temp.
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. (16 oz.) sour cream
16 graham crackers, crushed
1 c. drained crushed pineapple (opt.)

TOPPING:

1 c. Fresh strawberries

Place graham crumbs in bottom of 9" or 10" springform pan. (Sprinkle pineapple over top.) In mixing bowl beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar gradually, beating constantly. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each, add vanilla and taste. Add sour cream and beat until smooth. Pour carefully over crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour until set. Cool. Loosen sides using sharp knife. Release ring, cut and serve.
