SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 lb. of squash
Salt and pepper to taste
1 stick butter
1 onion, chopped
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 c. grated cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. milk

Cook squash. Add salt and pepper, butter, onions, cheese and cracker crumbs. Beat egg and add milk. Add to squash mixture. Bake in ungreased casserole dish at 350 degrees 30 to 40 minutes.
