ROCKY ROAD BROWNIES | |
1 (16 1/2 or 17 1/4 oz.) pkg. walnut brownie mix 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate 2 tbsp. butter 1 c. confectioners sugar 2 c. miniature marshmallows Prepare brownies as label directs. Meanwhile in medium saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate and butter with 3 teaspoons water; stir well. Remove pan from heat and stir in sugar until smooth. Immediately on taking brownies from oven. Cover with marshmallows; drizzle with icing. Cool in pan. Cut into 12 cookies. |
