CRAB DIP 
1 stick butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, soft
1 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. diced onion
1/2 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash black pepper
1/2 lb. crab meat

Mix all ingredients together except crab and pour into shallow baking dish. Fold in crab meat. Top with Cheddar and sliced almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve from oven.
