SHRIMP CREOLE | |
1 lb. cooked shrimp 1 c. finely diced celery 1 c. finely diced onions 1 c. finely diced green pepper 2 tsp. curry powder 1 pt. canned or cooked tomatoes 1 stick butter 2/3 c. rice, uncooked Melt butter in pan; brown pepper, onion and celery. Add tomatoes, curry powder and salt to taste. Simmer 15 minutes. Add shrimp and heat well. Serve over rice cooked according to directions on package. |
