SHAMROCK PIE 
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
6 oz. frozen limeade
3/4 c. milk
1 env. gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. sour cream
Green food coloring
Prepared pie shell
Whipped cream for garnish

Scald milk. Combine egg yolk and sugar and beat until mixed. Beat in limeade. Mix in milk slowly, beating constantly. Heat in double boiler until thickened. Remove from heat. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water, let soften. Add to egg mixture and add food coloring, stir. Cool and blend in sour cream. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture. Pour into prepared pie shell and chill. Garnish with whipped cream.
