CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts, deboned
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 c. rice, cooked
4 slices Kraft cheese
Ritz crackers
butter
Salt & pepper to taste

Debone chicken. Layer the chicken, soup, sour cream, rice and sliced cheese. Cook about 30 minutes on 350 degrees. Add Ritz crackers on top, dot with butter, broil until crackers brown.
