KIM'S CHEESECAKE 
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, room temp.
1 (16 oz.) pkg. sour cream, room temp.
1 tsp. vanilla

CRUST:

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. butter

In large mixing bowl cream the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add 1 egg at a time, mixing thoroughly. Add sour cream, mix thoroughly. Add vanilla.
