AUNT GUS' PEACH CAKE 
2 lbs. or 1 qt. peaches
2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. tapioca
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix dry ingredients together and fold in peaches. Spread in 10 inch baking dish. Dot with 2 tablespoons butter.

Mix: 1/3 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 c. shortening 1 egg 1/2 c. milk

Pour over peach mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 350-375 degrees.
