BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 beaten eggs
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
4 tbsp. melted butter
24 Ritz crackers, crumbled fine

Cook broccoli for 5 minutes, drain. Combine with remaining ingredients except the butter and crackers. Mix well. Place in 2-quart baking dish. Mix crackers with butter, and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes covered, then another 15 minutes uncovered. Serves 6-8.
