PISTACHIO TORTE 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, soft
1/2 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. size Cool Whip
2 reg. size pistachio instant pudding
3 c. milk

1st Layer: Mix 1 cup flour, 1 stick butter and 1/2 cup nuts, finely chopped. This makes a crumbly crust. Press into one 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

2nd Layer: Beat together 1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese, 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 1/2 carton (4 ounce) of Cool Whip. Spread on crust.

3rd Layer: 2 regular size pistachio mixes and 3 cups milk. Mix together and spread on second layer. Let set.

4th Layer: Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
