BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli (frozen)
1 can Durkees French fried onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. jar cheez whiz
Pepperidge farm herb stuffing mix

Melt butter, stir in dried onions. Thaw and drain broccoli. Combine all ingredients until soup and cheese are well blended. Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle herb stuffing mix on top. Cover and bake at 400 degrees until bubbly, or in microwave or high for 10 to 12 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
