CHOCOLATE CRINKLES 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate (4 oz.), melted
2 c. granulated sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. confectioner's sugar

Mix oil, chocolate, and granulated sugar. Blend in one egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together. Add to the oil mixture. Add pecans. Chill several hours or overnight.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Using about a teaspoonful of dough, shape into 1 inch balls and roll in confectioner's sugar. Place 2 inches part on greased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. Do not overbake! 6 dozen, approximately.
