1 yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges, cut up
Use mandarin juice instead of water

Bake cake as directed with orange pieces in batter.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 reg. can crushed pineapple
1 instant vanilla pudding mix

Mix all together and frost when cake is cooled. Fantastic!
