CHICKEN FLORENTINE 
Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves x6
1 can Swanson chicken broth
1 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. white pepper
1 diced lg. onion
3 tbsp. flour
1 stick butter
Salt to taste
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach

Saute onions, butter, spices; add flour until smooth. Add chicken broth and thawed spinach; turn off burner arrange chicken breasts in 3 inch high pan for baking (spray with Pam). Sprinkle chicken with Parmesan cheese if desired, and pour above sauce over chicken.

Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Serve with rice, steamed carrots for color. Our kids love this dish.
