BEEF BAR-B-QUE 
3 to 4 lb. chuck roast
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic juice
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 c. water
1 sm. bottle catsup
1/3 c. brown sugar

Place roast in roaster. Combine all other ingredients. Pour over meat. Bake covered at 250 degrees for 6 hours. Slice meat, thin. Serve on buns.
