BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 pkgs. frozen broccoli, chopped
3/4 stick butter (1/2 inch sq.)
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese (1/2 inch sq.)

TOPPING:

3/4 stick butter melted
1 1/2 tubes Ritz cracker crumbs

Cook broccoli (1/2 cooking time). Drain good and cool. Mix butter and cheese with drained broccoli. Add topping. Bake in dish 10x10x2 for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees or until top starts to boil.

Can be prepared night before and refrigerate and increase baking time slightly.
