BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
10 oz. frozen broccoli
1 stick melted butter
7 slices Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 roll Ritz crackers

Cook broccoli until mushy. Mix 1/2 stick melted butter and pour into baking dish. Pour melted cheese over broccoli mixture. Then pour 1/2 can mushroom soup over cheese. Mix Ritz crackers and 1/2 stick butter. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
